I'm seeing this A LOT on tumblr. As well, I've seen someone on DA be confronted with it, albeit rather stupidly. But, in your honest opinion, can you claim a pose? Like, can you literally find yourself yelling at someone because they've drawn a character in their style with a hand outstretched, anime style? I understand recolors being irritating, absolutely. How are you going to paint bucket an outfit from green to blue, change a hair color, then claim it's yours? But I find this pose dynamic. I find it did remind me of my character. I'll admit that I am a vaguely spiritual person. No, not Bible thumping 'you're all going to hell!' homophobic chauvinistic insanity that makes my skin crawl since they make us all fall into that boat but just a healthy faith based on equality for everyone under most circumstances (as long as they're positive and not harming others) and the understanding that people have free will. But as I'm editing my Harvest Moon AU series, I do wonder if I'm judgmental. Like have any of my readers ever read any line/idea/thought in particular that was just absolutely cringe worthy?
